Hello, my name is Michael Patrick Valderrama, and I recently graduated from Avalon University School of Medicine. I am a first-generation college graduate and the only physician in my family, and I’m very proud of this achievement. I transferred to Avalon as a clinical student, and I researched Avalon did my research, and I found that Avalon has a lot of things that they can offer me.
Hi, my name is Karanbir Singh. I also go by KB. I’m a recent graduate of Avalon University School of Medicine. I graduated in 2021, and I’ve successfully landed a residency position. It was not an easy journey, but it was a journey where I got to where I needed to be with the help of Avalon University. I did a 5-year program, a pre-med integrated MD program, so one year was pre-med. Then two years of basic sciences, we studied anatomy histology, all the basic science fundamentals for going into clinical.
Hello everyone, my name is Archana Bottu, and I’m a newly graduated fresh alumnus of Avalon university school of medicine. I started my journey with Avalon four years ago. I’m very excited to say that I’ll be starting my residency at my first choice program in a few months I was initially very nervous about starting medical school in curacao because it was so far from home. Still, the faculty on the island made me feel taken care of, and everyone welcomed me to the island with open arms.
