Here’s what he had to say:

Dr. Yang's Journey in his own words!

What inspired me to become a physician was my early childhood experience of seeking medical care for myself.
Never forget what motivates you to be a physician, and remember, the solution to any obstacle is to show up.
My most cherished memory at Avalon University School of Medicine revolves around my Internal Medicine rotation. This period not only provided me with hands-on experience in patient care but also offered a platform to learn from the diverse and enriching challenges posed by Avalon’s esteemed faculty.
What I love most about practicing medicine is the ability to help people. Even though I may not be able to see their smiles, I can feel the warmth in my heart when I know I’ve made a positive impact.

I always strive to maintain a positive outlook, express gratitude and, whenever possible, give back to society. As the founder of Yang Classroom, the largest education platform for visually impaired practitioners in China, I'm dedicated to making a difference.
